Two Days in Japan, Lots of Bike Riding!

i wish i could do these huge updates frequently from the road..
but i don't think it's going to be possible
no computer :(

anyway,
ANA said my bike can fly for free!
yay!

it was so hard bringing it on the train
and walking from the station to the place im staying at
but i made it!

thanks to this person, i was able to find my house..

my first night in tokyo, there was a huge event in yoyogi park,
and i was like,
'if i remember the google map correctly, it's directly north of here!'
so I used the 3gs compass and headed north!
it took 40 minutes but i finally ran into some people riding fixed
and found the place!

marissa entered the race, crazy!
she was only 6th too!
not too shabby :)

went home and got HELLA lost
dunno where the fuck i was
thank you 3gs and the map i bought

tokyo is a big place :(


day 2:


met up with ichigo,
she didn't know it was my first time in tokyo
but when she found out, she took me to
ikebukuro!

we stopped in shibuya though!

and i ate this nasty shit

i had to try it, squid ice cream and cow tongue ice cream..

and as i was looking for internet,
i ran into these guys
and we talked and ended up having dinner and a few drinks
i love this fixed community!

Flight!

i thought i'd make use of whatever free internet i had,
quick update.

all nighter, starbucks, rockstar.
arrived at the airport waayy to early,
thinking i'd have to argue with the desk
about how my box was ART not a BIKE
but they guy knew it was a bike immediately,
i didn't deny it or say it was
and he checked it in and was like
'okay your gate is *point* and your seat is *point*'

NO CHARGE?!
....

(the freaking plane is delayed 40 minutes though)
